Who We Are
My name is Marcello Trolio. My wife and I live in Ashland, Ma and we have two daughters, 8 and 6. My wife Sharalyn is a interior design designer and I am a licensed contractor. We are similar to the popular HGTV show Chip and Joanna Gaines team except we are a local Massachusetts couple with out all the fame and fortune.
Before getting into real estate, I was an engineer working to help design and manufacture robotics for the semi-conductor industry. My eduction includes a bachelors degree from UMASS and a Masters degree from URI. In 2004, I started working part time in real estate and absolutely loved it so much that I made the very tough decision to leave engineering to open my own real estate company, Custom Realty Solutions, LLC.

Sharalyn graduated from Rhode Island School of Design and has worked for some of the top interior design companies in New England. Her expertise in interior designing has helped us to transform homes in complete disrepair to homes that buyers love and enjoy. While being a great interior designer, Sharalyn is an even better mother of our two wonderful daughters. Family always comes first for Sharalyn of which I appreciate!
